The Career Guidance and Counselling Cell of the college is established to assist students in identifying their career goals, developing necessary skills and exploring opportunities for higher studies and employment. The Cell helps students make informed decisions about their future and prepares them for successful professional careers.

Objectives

1. To guide students regarding various career options in pharmacy and related fields.
2. To organize seminars, workshops and counselling sessions for career development.
3. To help students develop skills required for placement and higher education.
4. To create awareness about job opportunities, internships and training programs. 5. To motivate students to set realistic career goals and achieve them with confidence.

Functions

1. To conduct regular counselling sessions for students regarding career planning and personal development.
2. To invite industry experts, alumni, and professionals for interaction and guidance.
3. To organize sessions on resume interview skills, and communication development.
4. To coordinate with the placement and training cells for student benefit.
5. To maintain records of activities, feedback, and outcomes for continuous improvement.
