Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) ACE

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is constituted to address complaints related to sexual harassment and to ensure a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all students and staff. The committee functions in accordance with the guidelines of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act.

The ICC is responsible for receiving complaints, conducting fair and confidential inquiries, and recommending appropriate action. It also promotes awareness about gender sensitivity and prevention of harassment through workshops and programs.

Any individual facing harassment can report the matter to the ICC through the official email or designated contact person. All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality.

The institution is committed to providing a dignified and harassment-free environment for everyone.

Functions of ICC

  • To receive and address complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace/institution 
  • To conduct prompt, impartial, and confidential inquiries 
  • To recommend appropriate disciplinary actions based on findings 
  • To ensure protection against victimization or retaliation 
  • To maintain records of complaints and actions taken 
  • To organize awareness programs on gender sensitivity and POSH guidelines 
  • To ensure compliance with statutory provisions of the POSH Act
