ARYAKUL is an era of innovations. it is my pleasure to introduce AGC it is one of the premier institutions established under Manav Vikas .We believe success is not an act it is a habit.For this we take care to groom our students according to the needs of the industry. We seek to open frontiers of knowledge and reveal new horizons of change, to broaden mindsets and to create positive attitudes in our students. Our students get a lot of industrial exposure by their frequent industrial visits. Besides, our undergraduate students undergo an eight-week training in their summer vacations in reputed industries/institutions/organizations, as part of their academic requirements.
Our faculty members are experts in the areas they teach. Not only do they provide a solid grounding in the academic theories and concepts of their specialty, they also provide the students with insight into the practical issues and challenges currently facing their discipline. They provide our students the right balance of theory and practice. We emphasize group work allowing each student to be benefited from the quality and diverse cultural and business backgrounds of their classmates. We also foster a strong partnership between students, faculty and staff in the learning enterprise.
The Training & Placement Cell takes up the role of facilitator between potential employers and students. It ensures that the students get information on companies and sectors of their interest. The Training & Placement Committee makes pitches to new companies and makes them aware of rapid developments helping in our Institute. Guest lectures & Industry interface sessions are hosted by the placement Committee. It also ensures that the students get the summer training programme in Excellent Companies on Project that provides good exposure and learning. The cell organizes pre placement workshops for enhancing the technical and soft skills of students by inviting prominent HR consultants and senior executive/ technocrats from leading industries. Students are encouraged to take up practical training and gather hands-on experience on the real life applications. Special training Programme is arranged in the latest technology management related areas to improve knowledge of students and faculty.
